However busy you are, you should avoid skipping breakfast and ideally have something wholesome to eat in the morning everyday. Eating breakfast is vital to ensuring high energy levels, good concentration in your daily activities and overall long term health.
Breakfast Week is a yearly event organised by Shake Up Your Wake Up to champion the importance of eating a good breakfast and get people thinking about ensuring they have a nutritious start to their day. There are events taking place in schools, shops and markets across the country, with competitions, special menus, activities and recipes being shared to celebrate the most important meal of the day.

This popular breakfast cereal is actually very easy to make at home. Not only does homemade granola taste better than shop bought varieties but from a simple base of oats, dried fruit and nuts & seeds you can try out all sorts of flavours and create your own concoctions using ingredients you love. American Pancakes
